甘辛麻婆饂飩

お土産で頂いた四川風麻婆豆腐の素と、余った牛丼のタレを混ぜて、四川風のうどんを作ってみました。

時間がたって玉ねぎもトロトロになった濃厚なタレと、山椒の効いたピリ辛なタレのハーモニー。

具はシンプルにトリ胸肉のみ。

表面には赤い脂の膜がはって、熱々なまま口にうどんをはこぶ。

うーん、ウマ辛〜。
