とんそく

ただいま豚足を煮込み中。

沖縄で食べたおでんの豚足は、口に入れた瞬間に溶けて骨になったのだけど。
２時間煮込んだくらいじゃ全然ダメですね。

どれくらい煮込めばよいのだろうか。。
